RELAUNCHED Pre-Loved Listing Raffle – Official Raffle Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions
1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by B2TM Holdings Inc., with a principal place of business at 18 W 27th Street, Fl 5, New York NY 10001 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The List Your Bag on RELAUNCHED January 2026 Raffle is open to 18 years or older who are legal residents of the United States at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion begins on February 4, 2026 at 9am EST and ends on February 15, 2026 at 11:59PM EST
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the raffle by submitting a bag through RELAUNCHED, our resale program, during the Promotion Period.
- Each listing earns ONE entry into the raffle.
- No limit on the number of entries per person.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted outside the Promotion Period will be void.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Baboon to the Moon $100 gift card that can be used on our website baboontothemoon.com
- Prize is non-transferable / non-exchangeable / no cash alternative.
- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unused prizes.
6. Winner Selection & Odds
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about February 20, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be notified via email within two days of the drawing.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their first name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or interruptions related to website functionality or internet connectivity.
10. Liability Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.
11. Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
