Happy (belated) Earth Day—one of my favorite days of the year. Not only because it’s a day dedicated to the planet (even though, I try to do that every day), but because it’s also Blueland’s birthday! I can’t believe this year marks five years since we launched our simple idea to choose refills over landfills and eliminate plastic from the products we reach for the most. It’s not lost on me that because of all of you, I get to make protecting the planet my work.
Running a company and being a mom doesn’t leave me with much free time, but today I’m taking a minute to reflect on my actions this past year and thinking about how I can do even more for the planet in the year to come—deepening my advocacy work or just continuing limit plastic use where I can.
