Tell us about your nutrition when getting ready for summer, specifically shredding season. "My diet and nutrition are consistent year-round, much like my training. I focus on well-balanced meals, with a slight emphasis on carbohydrates for energy—essential for endurance performance—and protein to support muscle repair and recovery, especially given the high volume of my weekly training."

How does your workout regimen change with warmer weather? "I continue running outdoors through the winter, and my strength training routine stays consistent since it's done indoors. However, I do take advantage of the warmer months by getting outside for more bike rides, rather than relying on the indoor trainer." |

What changes in your routine when you’re looking to lean out? "I'm always training for something—whether it's a marathon, half marathon, Hyrox, or triathlon—which means my routine consistently involves a high volume of long aerobic work. As a result, I stay lean year-round." |

How do you stay fit on the go? "Calisthenics and running are my go-to when I’m traveling and can’t get to a gym. The basics never fail me—just a pair of running shoes to log some miles, and a park or some scaffolding is all I need. Push-ups, pull-ups, hanging leg raises, core work, and lunges keep me moving and strong no matter where I am." |
