Whether you’ve been crushing your goals or need a mid-summer reset, now’s the perfect time to recommit. Our 4-week challenge will take you through Labor Day for the perfect “back to fit” plan, geared toward enacting healthy habits at the end of summer. Dive in below ⬇️ Commit to the 4-Week Wellness Challenge Each week focuses on a core pillar of wellness. Follow along, share your progress, and watch your energy, mood, and strength rise. Week 1: Hydration & Nutrition 💧🥗 - Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water daily
- Add one extra serving of fruit or veggies to every meal
Week 2: Movement & Mobility 🚶♀️🧘 - Commit to 30 minutes of movement each day (walks count!)
- Add a 10-minute stretching, mobility or yoga session 3x/week
Week 3: Mental Wellness 🧠 - Practice gratitude daily. Write down 3 things you’re thankful for upon waking.
- Try 5 minutes of deep breathing or meditation every morning. *Googles box breathing* 👀
Week 4: Rest & Recovery 😴 - Set a bedtime and stick to it (aim for minimum 7–9 hours)
- Take one full rest day with no structured exercise and focus on gentle activity like walking or light stretching.
