Hello [Name],
“Are you in control of your life, or does your life control you?”
Distractions. They’re everywhere. They’ve never been more prevalent. A notification, an email, an unexpected task—each one pulls us away from our true intentions and leaves us more vulnerable to the next one.
Distractions are death by a thousand cuts, and we often don’t realize we’re carrying the consequences.
Intentions that are never realized.
Sleepless nights, anxiety, and worry.
Always busy but never productive.
Overwhelmed and burned out.
Aimlessness and avoidance.
As someone who struggles with ADHD, I understand the difficulty of maintaining focus and intention in a world full of distractions. Over many years of experience and experiments, one of the most useful ways for me to stay motivated and focused through all the distractions is to get extremely clear with my values and visions for my life.
Knowing what I am working towards helped me get into action and away from distractions. Writing for Being offers practical tools to help you do the same.
At the end of our first cohort, Andy shared:
"This course has been amazing. Diagnosed with ADHD last year, I always struggled with focus. But Writing for Being has helped me cement my understanding and consciously create positive possibilities. Now, I feel excited about the future and empowered to be the author of my story, rather than just a character in it."
Best, Ryder
