Hello [Name],
We hear this a lot right now: "I want to start, but the holidays are coming. Maybe January would be better."
But here's what we believe: Time can't be made. It can only be taken. It can be taken from us, or by us.
If we don’t take the time during the holidays, that time will be taken by things that we don’t truly care about.
The holidays amplify everything. More events to attend. More tasks to do. More decisions to make. Without a practice to guide you, December becomes a blur of nothing but reaction and exhaustion.
Which leaves you catching your breath in January asking “Where was the joy? The fun? The magic?”
But you can avoid that by starting to be intentional now.
Write down your intentions every day. Say no to the things that don’t really matter. Take control of your time.
If you want support in developing that practice, the Bullet Journal® Foundation program can help you learn to take the time you need to write the life you want, before the noise and busyness does it for you.
