Quick reminder that the Bullet Journal Transformation Plan is now open for enrollment. Our first session is on June 19th and I’d love to see your face on the call.
If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is a great time to make the leap. This opportunity won’t be available again for a while, and we’d love to have you be part of it.

Today, I want to show you what this practice actually looks like in real life.
Not the highlight reel. Not the perfectly organized page. A real day, shaped by reflection and intention.
Meet Alex.
Alex is a designer, a parent, a person with more on her plate than hours in the day.
Here’s what a typical Tuesday looks like with the Transformation Plan guiding the way.
6:45 AM — Alex opens her journal. Not to plan every minute, but to get clear. A quick morning reflection:
- What do I need today?
- What can wait?
- How do I want to show up?
A few minutes later, Alex has a short list. It includes:
- A client call for an important project
- One small task that will move things forward
- A reminder to take three deep breaths before starting email
10:30 AM — Alex hits a wall. Feels scattered. Flips back to her notebook. There’s a note from last week about similar overwhelm. She takes five minutes to write down what’s going on—and suddenly, it becomes clear what needs to shift.
1:00 PM — Midday check-in. Alex scans the list. Something didn’t get done. Instead of guilt, she asks:
- Is this still important?
- If not, what’s more important now?
She updates the list. Scratches out a task. Adds a note. It feels lighter. More aligned.
6:15 PM — Dinner with her family. No phone. Just presence. This is one of Alex's goals, written down weeks ago. Now, it's a habit.
9:00 PM — Evening reflection. Not a deep dive. Just a few thoughts in a few minutes.
- What went well?
- What felt off?
- What will I carry into tomorrow?
No pressure. No performance. Just a gentle way to listen, learn, and live a little more clearly.
“At the end of the program, everything clicked. The theory and exercises came together like a puzzle that suddenly made perfect sense. It changed how I think, plan, and act.” — Tamara
This is how the Transformation Plan comes to life
This is what becomes possible when you have a practice that helps you focus before reacting, make decisions with clarity, and stay connected to what really matters.
That’s what the Bullet Journal Transformation Plan is designed to teach you.
You won’t just learn how to use your notebook. You’ll learn how to:
- Build a system that works with your tendencies, not against them
- Design your days with purpose
- Align your tasks with the life you want to live
Every day will have a guiding element—a way to check in, recalibrate, and keep moving with intention. Because this practice isn’t just about what you do. It’s about how you choose to live.
The story you live begins with the story you tell yourself. This practice helps you rewrite that narrative, not all at once, but one page at a time.
And when you're part of this course and community, you'll discover how to make this practice your own: not just in theory, but in action.
