When your to-do list starts to look more like a novel than a short story, we know the struggle to balance it all is real. Which is why you need to take a break. Before you say you donβt have time (we know, the novel), hear us out.
Breaks for your mind and body help to keep stress and anxiety in check, and the less stressed you are, the better you can show up for whatever needs to get done. So really, you donβt have time NOT to take a break. Luckily, breaks donβt have to be a huge commitment.
This week, try taking a micro-break (a few seconds or minutes) by intentionally:
