While autumn in Los Angeles may not hold a candle to the colors, falling leaves and crisp blue skies that define the lands of four seasons, it’d be a miss to say the season’s change goes without notice — and this year, following a massive heat wave, it’s felt especially fall-like. Beautiful sunny days in the 70s, morning and evening sweater weather, the twilight of summer fruits and the dawn of the squash, with kumquats on the way.
