You love good news. We love good news. We could all use more of it — in our inboxes, on our social feeds, at our dinner tables, everywhere. Which is why we think you’ll love Remarkable Together, our live virtual event coming up Wednesday, February 7 at 6 pm EST. It’s an online gathering dedicated to celebration and storytelling, during which we’ll be recognizing the charity: water community — like you! — for making the past year remarkably impactful. If Good News were a live stream, it would look a lot like this event. RSVP today, and save the date for this most happy of hours. | | | | In Malawi, water has always been a problem. Either there’s too much, or too little. Flooding or drought — a life lived in devastating extremes. That is, until context-appropriate water infrastructure allows communities in Malawi to exist in the middle. The “just right”: consistent access to clean, safe drinking water — and all the good stuff that follows. No scoop holes needed. Your generosity makes all this possible — and we made this video to say thanks. | | | | Being confident your diamond is ethically mined and completely conflict-free? Great. Knowing it also provided water to people who need it? Even better. That’s what our friends at Kwiat are doing through their Mine to Shine initiative. Every diamond ring sold will fund clean water for an entire family. Visit Kwiat today to create a one-of-a-kind ring that’s also kind to people and the planet. We exceeded it — by 50 communities! This beyond-expectations outcome was a great way to cap off another year of life-changing impact. In 2023, we rolled through a couple major milestones: 16 million people served with clean, safe drinking water, then 17 million. And thanks to supporters like you, we’re well on our way to 18 million. It’s remarkable what we can accomplish together, isn’t it? With every passing year, we’re getting closer to ending the world water crisis — and we couldn’t do it without you. Thank you for being part of our story in 2023, and here’s to an even more impactful 2024. | | | | | PO Box 5026, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5026 | | | | | |
