Since day one, cocokind products have always been designed for sensitive skin and my own skin journey is a big reason for that. I know firsthand what it’s like to deal with skin sensitivities, to be weary of trying new products and active ingredients, and yet - at the same time, struggling to find skincare that really works.
Today, the team and I are proud to share that eight of your favorite cocokind products (including Ceramide Barrier Serum, Chlorophyll Discoloration Serum, and Beginner Retinol Gel!) are officially recognized by the National Eczema Association (NEA) with the Seal of Acceptance™. This recognition is a MAJOR milestone for cocokind and underscores our commitment to developing formulas that work for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. We’ll be continuing to roll out the Seal to many more products in our line in the coming months, too!
Receiving the Seal requires a lot more research and testing beyond what’s ‘status quo’ in the industry. Products must abide by NEA’s (very) long list of blacklisted ingredients, go through rigorous clinical safety testing, and undergo scientific review by their committee of experts to be deemed suitable for eczema or sensitive skin.
I want to share a big thank you to the National Eczema Association for this recognition, to the cocokind development team who helped make our amazing products that could pass all the testing, and to our incredible community for trusting us to care for your skin!
