Alas. Here we are.
As per the executive order signed earlier this month, the de minimis exemption is being removed on August 29th. This means all goods sent to the USA will be subject to duties and taxes. These charges vary based on the item and its country of origin.
To manage this, we are now sending orders to the US with a courier service. This allows us to collect and remit all applicable duties, taxes and fees on your behalf.
This will ensure a timely and successful delivery of your order, with no additional fees, unexpected delays or further action required by you to receive your order.
All charges will be outlined clearly at checkout before you purchase.
While upfront costs may be much higher, this is the best solution we are currently aware of to continue shipping successfully to the USA. Unfortunately, for the time being, we are unable to ship to Hawaii using this service.
