As a newbie at using a reformer-type workout platform, I was definitely humbled, and my four days of sore abs can attest. To put it lightly, my muscles were TREMBLING. I appreciated how the instructor guided me along and welcomed me into the community immediately. I’d define the class as a mix between pilates, barre, resistance and strength training. Given the learning curve to this uniquely-programmed class, I would recommend starting with their foundational class.
