Why did I create this crazy place full of secret entrances, foam pits, and arcade games?
Well, one: I wanted to see if I could turn a vintage Donkey Kong game into a tax write off…
And two: Because I needed a place to fail.
To crunch and break stuff, over and over, until it was right. That mindset of resiliency is critical to thinking like an engineer. And while your kids may not have an entire lab devoted to building, failing, and then building again, they can still share the engineering experience with me via monthly Build Boxes.
There's never been a better time to get them thinking like an engineer.
And someday they too can live out their dreams - like commuting to their office through a claw machine.
