It’s tiiiime! Pumpkin Spice season is here, and our Pumpkin Spice blend—called “the very best” by Eater— is back in stock right in time for all the cozy fall feels.
Most pumpkin spice blends are a messily put together mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Ours is made with 8 freshly-ground spices, including the most delicious spicy-sweet cinnamon from Sri Lanka, mace and nutmeg from our partner farm in Tamil Nadu, our beautiful Baraka green cardamom, ginger, allspice, cloves, and white pepper. It’s perfectly warming, and works just as well in a classic Pumpkin Spice Latte as in fall bakes! Here are my fave recipes to use it:
