Kelsey here, just checking in. I like to start my week with some extra self-care practices to get things rollin' in a positive way. This morning I stole extra snuggles from my 8 month old daughter (which isn't easy now that she's on the move!) and got myself outside for some fresh air before starting my work day. I hope you can find some time to brighten your day today, too.
