Lately, there’s been a lot of talk about how much protein we really need. While the exact science depends on things like age, activity, and body weight, here’s the simple truth: most people don’t get enough.
If you’re active or just trying to stay in shape, aim for around 2g of protein per kg of body weight each day. For example, at 70kg, that’s about 140g of protein - and it’s easier said than done.
