If you’ve ever wondered how I have my Overnight Oats, here’s my go-to recipe that keeps me fuelled for early workouts, long days and late nights:
I start with 80g of ELEAT Overnight Oats (usually Peanut Butter & Banana – I’m obsessed), then add:
- 200ml almond milk (it has more protein than oat milk!)
- A spoonful of Greek yoghurt for even more protein
- And sometimes a few fresh berries or a drizzle of honey if I’m craving something sweet
Mix it all up, pop it in the fridge overnight, and in the morning you’ve got the perfect balance of protein, carbs and fats – ready to go.
Simple, quick, and genuinely keeps me full for hours.
