Quick, slightly nerdy founder note from this morning.
My girlfriend and I usually have our overnight oats together after training in the morning. It’s become a bit of a routine (same prep, same timing), so trying a new flavour is weirdly exciting in a very low-key way.
We actually tried Salted Caramel for the first time a couple of weeks ago, before it launched but this morning felt like the first proper go.
Initial thoughts: it’s definitely the sweetest flavour we’ve made so far, which I personally rated a lot, because I’ve got a massive sweet tooth. It’s rich though. I probably wouldn’t go for a huge portion, but that’s not a bad thing. It feels more like a proper treat than something you shovel down half asleep.
The real surprise was my girlfriend’s suggestion: sliced banana on top.
Genuinely… it tastes like banoffee pie (If that’s what you want for breakfast, anyway).
Same protein, same fibre, same “keeps you full till lunch” effect - just very much dessert-energy in the best way.
Anyway, thought I’d share a real first impression rather than polished launch copy.
