Hugh here, co-founder of ELEAT. Today is officially known as quitter’s day - and it’s the day when most people quit their New Year’s resolutions.
For me, new years resolutions have always been a bit… unrealistic. It’s great to start the new year with goals and aspirations, but you don’t have to be perfect! Everyone’s allowed a wobble or even a few days off. That’s why I prefer to think of this time of year as a good opportunity for habit-building. Building healthy habits into your lifestyle (that last longer than a month) and giving yourself the tools to succeed for the coming year.
