You will not be billed for anything additional at the lab or after your results are ready. Everlywell 360 is not covered by insurance. Your purchase may be HSA/FSA eligible. Check with your plan administrator. Everlywell is not responsible for contacting your plan administrator on your behalf. Everlywell works with a clinician network and CLIA-certified labs to provide lab tests. A licensed clinician will review your test request and order the test, if appropriate. If approved, the lab will process your sample, and lab results will be made available in Everlywell's online portal. |
