Hey there,
Today is Day 12 of our Wellness series — and since it’s also Christmas Eve, we wanted to keep this one simple.
Over the past 12 days, we’ve shared small habits: resting your eyes, softening light at night, taking screen breaks, letting daylight in, and winding down with intention. None of them are about perfection. And that’s the point.
Wellness isn’t something you “get right”.
It’s something you practice — consistently, imperfectly, over time.
The real impact comes from the small things you return to again and again. Those habits compound. They add up quietly. And they make a difference long after the holidays are over.
If this series helped you feel a little more rested, a little more focused, or a little more aware of how you treat your eyes, we’re grateful you joined us.
As you head into the holidays, keep what works. Let go of what doesn’t. And remember that taking care of yourself doesn’t need to be complicated to be meaningful.
If Felix Gray has been part of your routine this season, we hope your eyes have felt the difference. And if you ever feel like sharing your experience, we’d genuinely love to hear from you.
Wishing you a calm Christmas Eve and a well-rested start to the new year.
With care,
The Felix Gray Team
