I’m Hailie, Associate Coffee Program Manager and Head of the Tasting Panel at Fellow. I just wanted to drop in with a quick note about the coffee we’re featuring tomorrow on Fellow Drops. It’s a deliciously floral washed Guatemala roasted in London by superstar roaster Square Mile, available for one day only. I really don’t want you to miss it!

Based in London, UK, Square Mile was co-founded by James Hoffmann who you may know from his fantastic coffee education videos on YouTube. Square Mile is not only incredibly adept at sourcing delicious green coffee and roasting it to peak development, they’re also super generous educators and a source of inspiration and truth in the coffee industry.
☕ About the coffee:
The coffee we chose is a lightly roasted washed Guatemala, perfect for a pour-over on a summer morning. It brings back aspects of Guatemala terroir that I haven’t seen in many recent harvest years: a distinct florality mixed in with the flavor profile that really points to the quality of the green coffee. Big shoutout to Jamie, the green coffee buyer at Square Mile, for sourcing this one!
