The reality is…
Our health is a complex and individual thing.
What works wonders for one person might not do a thing for another.
And while some of these trends may have some benefits, they're not a cure-all solution.
So here’s my word of advice – take a step back!
Listen to your body and do what works for YOU.
Focus on incorporating balanced meals, staying active, and finding ways to de-stress.
Only then, if you’re still feeling a little bit off – start looking for solutions to optimize your health.
For example –
For the longest time I was struggling with sluggishness, tiredness and just drained.
I couldn’t figure out what it was until I got my bloodwork done.
That’s when I learned that my diet was severely lacking in vitamins B12 and D3.
Which is quite normal for winter days when it’s colder and sun is scarce.
That’s when I turned to a multivitamin, and it was a game-changer.
It wasn’t another health fad, but rather a foundation of health that my body was missing.
