As we march forward into this new future we need to make sure we don't simply take the same unhealthy approaches and apply them to the cyclical way of living. You’ve been doing a lot of deep work these past few months, and I’m so proud of all that you’ve accomplished already.
You’re stepping into a new way of being, and in order for these changes to stick, it’s imperative that we spend time unlearning and deconditioning the toxic traits that society has instilled in us as women from a very young age.
It's one thing when a work deadline comes up and it's out of sync with your cycle. We spent time last month troubleshooting all of the external factors that arise- work deadlines, family obligations, social outings. You now know how to successfully plan accordingly so these events don’t get in your way of living in the FLO. But what happens when it’s your own thoughts that are trying to take you out of rhythm?

We'll spend time this month investigating the root cause and weeding your mental garden so that you can plant these seeds of an infradian lifestyle.
So, how do you let go of these harmful stories? Throughout the next four weeks, we’ll guide you through phase-specific focuses and journaling activities to help you decondition from that lifestyle.
The goal of this is to help you step out of reaction, and step into leadership. This is the other side of the coin. If you’re leading the conversation (like we talked about last month) now you have to lead internally. Do not entertain belief patterns that derail you from getting to a place of self-mastery and leadership.
