We get it, getting hot when it’s hot isn’t the most fun thing in the world. But the sun’s giving us energy and we know working out is good for us — so we do what we must! Here are a few things that make a warm weather workouts infinitely better (in our humble opinion):
- Good socks — Often overlooked, but this one is big. We can’t deal with thick socks that trap heat and/or sweat. That’s why we opt for our recycled socks that are the perfect thickness to keep your feet ventilated, comfortable, and cute.
- Meredith Bow Tank — This is our new summer obsession. It has an open neckline, low back (we love this part), and a front cutout for ventilation (aka boob sweat). Pair it with some shorts and you’re golden.
- Alek Long Shorts — Speaking of shorts, these new basketball-inspired ones are great. They have a longer hem so you can, you know, sit down without them riding up (what a concept)!
- FLOAT — IYKYK. This is the best warm weather fabric that’s insanely lightweight, breezy, and soft. Grab it in a range of styles and colors for your summer rotation.
