We are constantly putting out new workout programs and daily workouts so that you can continue to challenge yourself and get stronger. But why shouldn’t your kids be able to join in on the fun too?
We’ve created two new specialized ruck training programs for elementary kids, preteens, and teens who want to get fitter right alongside you. Both of these programs were created by our Director of Tribe Kids, Jaala Shaw.
24 Workouts (12 per Age Group)
Teacher/Coach Chooses Duration
This ruck workout program is designed for elementary school students and can be led by teachers, parents, or coaches. It focuses on introducing functional movements in a fun, engaging way.
24 lessons (12 per age group) are fully formed with a warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Plus, you can adapt the content however you’d like.
Workouts are split for ages 8 and under, and 8 and over.
The goal is to encourage movement while having fun.
Kids have always been an important part of our GORUCK community - not as bystanders, but as kids who ruck alongside their family. Kids who like and need to lift heavy things and are looking to be of service to their community.
We've designed Tribe Kids, a monthly training subscription, to encourage children to enjoy the GORUCK way of life: get outside, sweat with your friends and family to stay fit, and find a way to serve something greater than yourself.
