Hiram admitted that he doesn’t even remember this photo being taken. He’s from Texas and said it was “really hot” yesterday and “I worked out so hard” and “my cut is going so well.” We mostly laugh with him when he says these kinds of things, but Oh Texas! we respect you here in Florida, but we’re going to have to toughen up a bit in the Florida sunshine. Not to worry, this is our specialty!
For the record, it was 75 degrees and God blessed us with some sunshine and yes, some sweaty backs. But save the photos you don’t remember for Friday and Saturday NIGHTS, not 45 minute midday workouts at HQ! And if you don’t remember a photo after a workout, a little advice from CIA training could help you out:
ADMIT NOTHING
DENY EVERYTHING
MAKE COUNTER ACCUSATIONS
Anyway, we’re all training for MURPH which falls on Memorial Day - Monday May 25. The 100 pull-ups seem to be the biggest challenge for most of us. Yes, get stronger -- got it, it’s Memorial Day. If for whatever reason your options are (1) Don’t do it because of the pull-ups or (2) Do it and modify with bent over sandbag rows -- both of which work a “pull” motion -- may I recommend DO IT however you need to. Action > No Action.
Watch out for the heat, even you Texans. It’s hot out there.
Final note: Our
SPRING SWEAT SALE, which is our biggest ever on core rucking gear, ends tomorrow. MURPH is done in a
Weight Vest, and ours is the best out there.
Thanks for the support from ALL 50 UNITED STATES and all over the world.
