Most days my only form of exercise is I put some weight on my back and I go for a walk. It’s not the thrasher pictures we show of Selection or the sweat soaked parking lot we try to beat into submission with sandbags. I don’t camo up or anything and I didn’t eat nails for breakfast.
It’s just rucking and here are three ways I get at least 10K steps/day:
I have a call and I take it on the move. You have 100% of my attention this way, no distractions (even better when friends join).

I’m listening to a podcast or thinking about something while I blast some tunes.
Rucking has been around for 2 million years and the results are timeless. I feel better, I sleep better, and I think better. This isn’t dramatic or intense and if I put this on Instagram you wouldn’t see it -- it’s too boring to “pop”. It just works for me, and I think it would work for you, too.
