For Lunar New Year, I recommend hosting a dumpling-making party! Here’s my mother-in-law Nancy’s tried-and-true recipe, which she grew up making in Taiwan:
- In Stir Crazy mixing bowls, make the filling with ground pork, rock shrimp, chopped cabbage, shredded carrots, and scallions (you can do this ahead of time, too).
- Fold the mix into dumpling wrappers and line them up on Holy Sheet. I must admit, I love snacking on the raw dumpling dough.
- Boil dumplings in Big Deal, using Big Steam to keep them in place — or, you can also fry them in Deep Cut (and freeze whatever you don’t finish).
