Helping Heathrow to put customers at the heart of what they do |
We would like to invite you to take part in our online community space, Horizon. The aim of this community is to understand your journey through the airport and make decisions based on your feedback.
It's all about your experiences, what you expect and what you'd like to see airports, including Heathrow, offering in the future. It doesn't matter if you haven't flown for a while or don't plan to, we're still interested to hear from you.
As a member of the community, you'll be invited to take part in short online surveys, online discussions and other tasks every few weeks (with no obligation to take part). Each time you do take part you'll earn a number of points that can be converted to monetary vouchers in your local currency.
If you'd like to take part, please complete a short survey where you can tell us a little bit about yourself and register. It should only take about ten minutes and it's mobile friendly too.
The Horizon community is hosted by a third party research agency called Human8 – so don't worry if you hear from someone other than Heathrow. | | |
