Let’s clear the air: you don’t have to sugar shame hydration. A little sugar (about 3 - 5g) helps your body absorb water and electrolytes more efficiently, thanks to something called the sodium glucose co transport pathway (fancy name, I know). No need for the 10g+ some brands use; we keep it to 4 g so every gram counts.
