Looking back at 2024, it's been an extraordinary year for Just Salad. We’ve had the privilege of opening 20 new restaurants, expanding our reach, and bringing healthier dining options to even more communities: Boston, Orlando, Queens, and many more New Jersey and Long Island locations. We now have 22 restaurants in Florida! This year also marked a major milestone with the launch of our very first drive-thru location, making it even easier for you to enjoy your favorite meals on the go. |
When it comes to sourcing, as a certified B Corp™, we've continued making progress to build a more regenerative and sustainable future. This past year, we've avoided nearly 48,000 lbs of single-use packaging waste through our storewide reusable bowl programs. In partnership with Too Good To Go, we've saved nearly 97,000 meals from going to waste, avoiding nearly 261,000 kg CO₂e emissions. As a team, we strive to source lower-impact ingredients like our SIMPLi Regenerative Organic Certified Quinoa + Chickpeas, and plant-based dairy alternatives, like Violife® Vegan Feta. |
