Our campaign has received tens of thousands of first-time donations since Kamala and I became your Democratic nominees for President and Vice President. Unlike our opponent, we are running a people-powered campaign that relies on grassroots support. We’re proud of that -- and I hope you are, too.
But if there’s one thing I’ve learned from my time as a coach, it’s that we can’t rest on our laurels. We’ve got just 42 days left in this election. Recent polls show this race is neck and neck. And Donald Trump is spending millions of dollars to halt our momentum.
We simply can’t afford to fall short of our end-of-quarter goal. Not with Trump out to beat us. And not with the future of our very democracy on the line.
