You may have seen some news this week about Donald Trump’s trial in New York. But, what you may not know is that his campaign received $52.8 million in online donations in the 24 hours following the verdict coming down. $52.8 million.
That’s no joke.
Now, my team tells me that we’ve seen some support come to our campaign since Trump’s guilty verdict, but we need more.
I know you may see a number like $52.8 million and wonder, “Does my donation even matter?” The answer is yes. Yes, it does.
Here’s why: There's not a doubt in my mind that if we stand together, we can do the necessary, hard work to defeat Donald Trump once and for all on November 5. But we can’t back down now. Especially not in moments like this.
Winning this race is going to take a lot of resources. You know I don't enjoy asking for money, but I'm so incredibly proud that our funding is coming from hardworking folks chipping in a few dollars at a time to finish the job. Because, like me, you refuse to give Trump and his MAGA buddies four more years to destroy our democracy.

I am proud of it because no campaign is won or lost alone. That couldn’t be truer this year.
Listen, the news is going to be focused on this influx of money to Trump’s campaign. They’re going to talk about how the verdict could be helping him in the polls. Pundits are probably already coming up with ways this is going to hurt our campaign. But that is not what I am focused on.
