These new tariffs are evolving rapidly and creating a complex environment for businesses like ours. What we know today is that they are expected to significantly increase our product costs by around 145% to 170%, depending on the specific product category. |
The difficult reality is that this situation places a greater burden on small and medium-sized businesses like ours. Larger corporations often have the ability to lobby for government exemptions, or require their manufacturing partners to relocate to avoid tariffs. These options are not typically available to smaller businesses, who lack the same negotiating power. We frequently represent only a small share of a factory's capacity, and we simply don't dictate where manufacturing capacity might be available. In many cases, certain components, like our specialized stainless steel bottles, simply don’t exist in the US from any manufacturing partners.

Our immediate focus is doing everything possible to maintain product availability, particularly for those of you who rely on our filter subscription programs.
