| Q: When will I be charged for my pre-order? |
| A. When paying with PayPal or PayPal Express the funds will be transferred when you submit your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your product is shipped. When paying with a credit card you will only be charged as an “authorization” and will not be billed until the products have shipped. |
| Q: When will my product ship? |
| A: Pre-ordered products will ship when the product becomes available. You will be notified by email if the anticipated release date has changed or when your product has shipped. As a reminder, your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped, unless you used Paypal or PayPal Express at checkout. If you use PayPal or PayPal Express, you will be billed upon ordering. |

| A: If you logged in or created an account during checkout, you can look up your order here. If you used a guest checkout, please look up your order here. |
| Q: Will I be notified when my product ships? |
| A: Yes, you will! First, you’ll receive an order confirmation email once your pre-order is confirmed. A few days before shipping, you’ll get an update notification letting you know your order is still on track and about to ship. Finally, once your product has shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery progress. |
| Q: Can I cancel or modify my pre-order after it's placed? |
| A: Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted and checked out, details like the recipient's name or address cannot be updated online. However, you may still be able to make changes by canceling the order before it ships. To do so, simply reach out to our Support team for assistance. Once the order is canceled, you can place a new order with the updated information. |
