As we bid goodbye to 2025, we wanted to take some time to reflect on what has been a tremendous year of expansion, milestones achieved, and important lessons learned.
2025 was all about growth: From new products, colourways, and partnerships, to new team members... including our most recent addition to the Memobottle family, Jonno’s new baby Tommy ☺️ Change challenged and inspired us — and along the way, there’s been so much to celebrate and be grateful for.
When we created Memobottle 11 years ago, we knew we wanted to build more than a business... we wanted to make a positive impact through the causes we support. We’re proud to continue our longstanding partnership with Water.org, to provide those in need with access to safe water and sanitation.
With all the highlights came some important lessons as well. We launched our first sale in five years over Black Friday, and your response was overwhelming — and the much, much larger influx of orders than we expected revealed some critical gaps in our fulfilment processes. To our customers affected by order delays during that period, we’re very sorry. We’ve learned a lot from this, and we’re committed to making immediate improvements from here on out.
From the both of us, a big thank you for your continued support and for being an important part of this community. We hope you’ve had a memorable and beautiful 2025, and here’s to an incredible 2026 ahead — we can’t wait to see what’s in store next.
