This one-time pressing is jam-packed with exclusives, starting with six slabs of vinyl. Included are the remastered ReLoad album on 180g double vinyl, a 7” single for “The Memory Remains,” and Ministry of Sound ’97, a 140g triple album recorded live in a small London nightclub on November 13, 1997.
Across 15 CDs, four DVDs, and six pieces of vinyl, fans will dive into everything from the remastered album to riffs, floor takes, demos & rough mixes, B-Sides & rarities, behind-the-scenes in-studio footage, on-air & television appearances, the band’s acoustic radio show & infamous free concert in the parking lot of CoreStates Center in Philadelphia, and tons and tons of live material. We’re talking six complete live shows professionally mixed from the original master tapes! All in all, the Deluxe Box Set clocks in at 1697:47.

Today also marks the launch of our #GetTheReLoadOut Fan Cover Competition!
Last year, thousands of Metallica fans across social media submitted their interpretations of Load tracks for #GetTheLoadOut. We’re back with round two, and this time, we’re taking things to the next level with a new competition category. In addition to the more traditional musical covers, performance and visual artists are also invited to participate.
A different track off the album will be highlighted each week throughout the competition, and when all is said and done, two Grand Prize Winners will be the proud new owners of the ReLoad (Remastered) Deluxe Box Set signed by the band!
