Visual inspection and full cleaning
Any small scratches or visual defects that can be repaired will be completed during this step, and the equipment will be thoroughly cleaned until it shines like new.

drivetrain inspection

check that the pedals, brakes, resistance, cadence, and metrics
are all running smoothly.

Torque check
Every single nut, bolt, and screw on the Bike must be tightened to a specific degree to make sure it’s working properly.

Calibration
Every Bike goes through a factory calibration to ensure
that it works as expected and then gets re-calibrated to its
original settings.

Final quality inspection
This last check makes sure everything has been
reassembled properly and all mechanical tests have
