Hey guys,
Tired of your popcorn seasonings falling to the bottom of the bowl?
Remember these tips — they’ll come in handy every time you pop:
If you don’t mind sogginess, drizzle melted butter over your popcorn before sprinkling the seasoning. You can also put a bit of oil in a mist bottle and spray a light layer over the kernels.
Using regular salt or granular spices like chili flakes? Finely ground ingredients cling to popcorn better, so try a spice grinder or a mortar and pestle.
Movie theaters use superfine salt for this exact reason — those tiny particles distribute more evenly. Our Oh Sooo Buttery Popcorn uses something similar, minus the chemicals. Sign up for a subscription now and save 15% off every time.
Hope these help! Let me know if you need more popcorn advice, and I can talk about it in a future email. 🙂
Pop on,
