Hey friends,
There’s something special about making popcorn seasoning from scratch, but I like to reach for ready-made blends when I’m lazy.
While I’m sure many of you use everything bagel seasoning on eggs and meats, trust me — you’ve got to try it on popcorn. It’s amazing.
Another seasoning I recommend? Furikake. A combination of nori, sesame seeds, and bonito flakes, it’s perfectly umami.
And when I’m craving something tangy with just a bit of heat, I love sprinkling Tajin all over my popcorn.
