For a long time, I thought this constant rush was proof of a full life. And then I turned 40, last May. Somewhere between then and today, I realised I had changed, and that it was, in fact, a very good thing.

Growing, to me, is exactly that: listening to ourselves and recognising that our desires aren’t quite the same as they were five, ten, or thirteen years ago. You can love what you’ve built and still feel the call to reveal a different side of yourself.

And perhaps it’s no coincidence that New York plays a part in this moment. It was the home of our second store in the world — our first in the U.S. — a city that welcomed us with a generosity and spirit that shaped who we’ve become.
This January, our new Essentials collection made its way back to New York. Walking its streets with these pieces, we felt something shift — the quiet beginning of a new chapter and a fresh way of looking toward the horizon. A reminder that simplicity can be bold, and that the foundations we choose shape every story that follows.
This is the energy I wish for us all in 2026, a renewed way of looking toward what comes next.
