Unfortunately, the tech platform managing the party favors for our anniversary sale, which was due to go live this morning, was unexpectedly down.
We have troubleshooted with their team and confirmed that this was an unplanned outage that is now resolved. Because of this, we decided to postpone the anniversary sale and party favor release to Monday, 5/19 at 12 pm ET/9 am PT.
We’re so sorry for any confusion and inconvenience this has caused! As a team of perfectionists, we of course did thorough testing beforehand, but some things are just out of our control.
If you placed an order in the short time that the sale was live, our Customer Experience team will be emailing you directly to make this right.
