For Sierra Reed, becoming a winemaker was at one point an unthinkable feat. She dabbled in various careers from modelling to television, but always in the back of her mind, a calling to create her own beautiful wines from around the world persisted. In 2015 she finally made the leap, and oh are we ever so grateful she did. Today she brings us her latest of balanced, vivid and effortlessly drinkable bottles from across Australia and New Zealand.
Reed's single vineyard expressions capture more poignant and interesting wines with each passing vintage. Working across a patchwork of sites, from the limestone fossilised soil of Waitaki to Victoria's maritime-climate Surf Coast, she follows vines that speak for themselves.
