Honduras El Puente Natural
Exiting the menu September 26 (or until out!) We’ve partnered with husband-and-wife team Moisés Herrera and Marysabel Caballero for over two decades, and their dedication to quality and sustainability continues to inspire us. Their farming operation in the renowned Marcala region includes several distinct farms—one of which, Finca El Puente, produced the first coffee we purchased from them back in 2004. In 2017, Moisés developed a natural process focused on consistency and cleanliness: ripe cherries dry on raised beds for a week, then continue slow-drying for a few more weeks before removing the dried fruit and parchment. The result? A vibrant, complex cup with notes of berry jam, cacao, tropical fruit, and black tea.
