My name is Maanav. I’ve been working for Patrick and Jenn Coddou at Supply for almost 5 years.
I started in customer service while I was in college. I took calls at their dining room table before we moved into HQ. Since then I feel like I’ve done a little bit of everything. Helped ship orders. Written blogs. Edited pictures. Edited videos. Been in videos. I even put on a shark costume to celebrate our Shark Tank episode. That pic is on the website somewhere.
I wanted to send this out on Shop Small Saturday because I can’t think of anyone better to shop with than Patrick and Jenn. They started Supply from their house and have built it up to what it is today. They were only able to do it because they care about you, their customer. They are almost obsessed with our customers having an amazing experience with all our products.
One time I helped Patrick load up his own truck with thousands of razors from Supply HQ, so he could drive them to our warehouse in Austin just to make sure orders got out on time. They really do love every single person who places an order, likes a post, leaves a review, all of it. And honestly, they’re just good people. They’ve built this company while raising their family. They’ve given me a place to learn, grow and level-up my skillset and have supported me from the moment I walked in the door of their house.
I came here because I needed a job in college. I stayed because I love working with them. Maybe you’ve read stuff like this before, but I wanted you to hear it from someone on the inside.
So, if you’re going to support a small business today, in my opinion Patrick and Jenn are your best choice.
