How to use it
The cleanest setup: decant the whole pouch into a Flow Bottle or Flask before your ride, run, or race and sip on demand. The graduated scale on the side shows exactly how much you've taken in, so you know you're hitting your hourly carb numbers.
Two flask options: the Flow Flask 300 if you want all 300g on board, or the Flow Flask 120 if you're splitting across segments.
Prefer to carry the pouch directly? That works too. Squeeze what you need, seal it back up, keep moving. Especially useful for trail runners and ultra runners who split nutrition across aid stations.
