First up, it's the year of Fiber.

Carbs during ALL my workouts
I'm changing my perspective on carbs during my non-endurance workouts.
You know that feeling where you push it hard in the gym and you're a bit messed up for the rest of the day? Tired and harder to focus? Well, that was me during most of my strength/interval workouts in the AM, and then I'd be wrecked the rest of the day.
Normally, I would use hydration during these workouts. The thinking goes that I didn't really need carbs for shorter workouts. Well, I recently switched to using Victus During, and I'm shocked at how well this has been working for me.
