Hi,
Swimming can be polarizing. It's one of the things some people don't mind and enjoy, while others do it more because they have to.
If you fall in the camp of "It's not my favorite thing in the world, but I need to do it," then this is the email for you.
We decided to make your swimming experience as enjoyable as possible with the latest tech. Because if you have to deal with a sort of cold water pool water, the smell of chlorine that somehow stays on your skin even after a good shower, and another swimmer not sharing their lane, then you might as well make the best of it.
First: MUSIC in the water changes everything.
The H2O Audio Sonar 2 Pro clips onto your goggle strap and plays bone conduction audio underwater. The key here you are actually downloading a playlist to these headphones that you can listen to while you swim without interruption. (Note - Bluetooth does not work in the water, hence why you have to download).
PRO TIP: Download your playlist at full volume and turn off any phone notifications so you have an uninterrupted listening experience.
Smart goggles are real now.
The Form Smart Swim 2 Goggles put real-time metrics in your field of vision while you swim. Heart rate, pace, stroke count, rest detection. All automatic, no buttons.
PRO TIP: You can size these googles perfectly to your face with the nose clasps that connect the googles, so you will not have any water leaking into your eyes.
The bag hack.
The Feed Insulated Cinch Bag wasn't designed for swimming, but it works perfectly for it. The inner pocket keeps the wetsuit separate. Everything else stays dry.
Pro tip: keep CrampFix shots in there. Getting a leg cramp mid-swim is genuinely awful. These are light, easy on the stomach, and worth having before you get in the water.
Post-swim skin and eyes.
Chlorine is rough. Two things that help:
Trihard Pre and Post Swim Eye Gel. If you've ever walked out of the pool with "goggle eyes," red, dry, irritated, this fixes it.
Premax Recovery Cream. Sour cherry extract applied topically. Repairs what chlorine does to your skin over time.
And a cap.
The Feed Swim Cap. Seamless silicone, hydrodynamic, hypoallergenic. Looks pro. Not much else to say.
Make swimming MORE enjoyable.
